yeah!!! i got a bronze award for my 1st tournament!!!

tis is my 1st tournament award!!!

although i only gt a bronze award,

but i m happy to get a chance to

experience how ppl feel when they

are sparring in the tournament

i spar with a sec 3 guy,he had been

practising taekwondo for abt 2 years...

we became gd friends after the tournament

tis is y i enjoy the tournament,

wat i like is the process,the result is only

the proof for how i had trained myself.
