its a nice day!!!

today as usual,i went to tampines
northh cc for tkd training...
i so happy cos i can do
step jumping triple front kick le!
i also can do a flying side kick to the head!!!
soooooo happy de lorx=)
hope nxt week i can do even more
harder kicks.......
hahax!!!=)
